We at AFG want to congratulate Roger Waters and band and crew for a successful 83 date tour around the USA and Europe which has now concluded June 10th in Manchester, England.
If you haven’t already we rely on fans to send in photos and or videos they took at the shows they attend, along with the ticket stubs so we can showcase them in our tour rooms. Be sure to email me tony@pinkfloydz.com if you have anything you would like us to post along with a review of the show. Congrats again Roger, and good luck in South America this fall. News on South American dates below!
The current run of the show that has been presented as an ‘in the round’ extravaganza in the US and Europe will now be presented as a more traditional stage setup with the stage being at one end of the stadium. See dates and tickets below! Stay tuned as we suspect more shows to be added to South America leg of the tour!
“This Is Not A Drill is a groundbreaking new rock & roll/cinematic extravaganza, performed in the round,” Waters wrote in a statement. “It is a stunning indictment of the corporate dystopia in which we all struggle to survive, and a call to action to love, protect, and share our precious and precarious planet home. The show includes a dozen great songs from Pink Floyd’s Golden Era alongside several new ones — words and music, same writer, same heart, same soul, same man. Could be his last hurrah. Wow! My first farewell tour! Don’t miss it. Love, R.”
