Announced over the weekend, Bad World, a company specializing in creating and pressing liquid-filled vinyl LPs, has launched a very limited, time-sensitive release of Wish You Were Here, celebrating its 50th anniversary. Pre-orders are being taken now, with the release set for December 12 (the same date as the other 50th anniversary editions). EDIT: This is now SOLD OUT.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of ‘Wish You Were Here’ by Pink Floyd, comes this exclusive quad-liquid LP pressing via Bad World. Featuring ‘Shine On You Crazy Diamond’, the hypnotic ‘Welcome to the Machine’, the scathing ‘Have a Cigar’, and the essential title track, ‘Wish You Were Here’ is undoubtedly one of the most important album releases in the history of popular music. The record’s themes of absence, isolation, transience, and comment on the insincerity of the music business are embodied in the iconic album artwork. 50 years since its release, ‘Wish You Were Here’ sounds as resonant and vital as ever.
