Pink Floyd Announce Wish You Were Here Themed Pop-up News & Coffee Locations With Exclusive Merch
Starting December 12, to celebrate 50 Years of Wish You Were Here, Pink Floyd are opening special pop-up stores in London, Los Angeles, Barcelona and Paris with News & Coffee. In addition to these locations, two more additional Wish You Were Here 50 pop-up stores will open in Berlin and Milan.
Each News & Coffee location will transform into a Pink Floyd-curated space, and an exclusive, numbered and strictly limited Wish You Were Here 50 edition of the Brain Damage fanzine (a loving tribute to our sister-site https://www.brain-damage.co.uk/, and to our friend Glenn Povey, who created the legendary fanzine), with a cover exclusive to each city will be available to purchase—250 copies each. A small selection of commemorative merchandise will also be available at the four locations. A Global Edition of 1,000 copies of the fanzine will be available in the Berlin and Milan stores and also at pinkfloyd.com.
There will also be an exclusive limited edition white vinyl anniversary pressing of Wish You Were Here that will only be available physically in London, Los Angeles, Barcelona, Paris, Berlin and Milan.
Please be aware the pop-ups will be running for multiple days, but the vinyl and fanzine are strictly limited and they cannot guarantee they will be in stock.
About the Limited-Edition Zine & Collectibles
Each fanzine is a modern tribute to Glenn Povey’s classic Brain Damage publications, with pages designed like mini posters or concert flyers. They feature Pink Floyd–inspired illustrations, cut-out layouts, selective full-color archival visuals, and a city-specific color theme that emerges as you read.
Each edition also includes collectible extras:
A sticker sheet with iconic bike-part graphics
A folded poster showcasing the full postcard series
One exclusive city-specific postcard per edition
Everything comes sealed in a custom black sleeve—a nod to the original Wish You Were Here packaging—complete with a color-coded city stamp, the handshake graphic, and vintage-inspired backstage-pass stickers unique to each location.
There will be a few anniversary pieces as well: small items made for the occasion that tie back to the album and its history.
