A Fleeting Glimpse is proud to support this recently emerged underground band |

Alias Eye are a band that are going to be a force to be reckoned with. Their beautiful first mini CD is reminiscent of some early British bands such as Traffic and Blind Faith, with spectacular vocals by Philip Griffiths that remind me of Stevie Winwood.
The mini CD features 3 tracks as follows.
1. River Running. A sonic landscape. Moves between the classical and heavy rock. Tight drumming by Ludwig Benedek who must have learned his craft from listening to Pink Floyd's Nick Mason. Wonderful piano work by Vytas Lemke, who gives Rick Wright a run for his money!
2. Premortal Dance. Probably my favourite track. The drumming on this song reminds me of much of the work from The Wall. A kick butt lead guitar played by Matthias Richter would make Dave Gilmour proud. Frank Fischer turns in a sterling performance on bass. The guys should release this track as a single.
3. An End In Itself. A hauntingly beautiful ballad. I can hear some Beatles influence here. Once again PhilipGriffiths voice sends shivers up my spine.
